Yes, as the high infomration technolog more and more development, computer and etc high technology products has entered in so many thousands families. at so many times, we can't leave computer for working ans studying. so our eyesight are lower and lower day by day when we with computer to do something. I have to say, from now on, it is the time for us to take good care of our eyes, don't let the shortsighted become the trouble for us. 是的,随着信息技术的日益提高,电脑等高科技产品已逐步步入千家万户!在很多时候,我们的工作和学习,都离开不电脑.当我们在与电脑等高科技产品为伴的同时,我们的视力问题也在逐步下降!我不得不说的是,现在起,是时候好好保护我们的视力了,别让近视成为我们生活中的困扰! Before 2005, I have been a good eyesight, my eyesight became lower and lower because of my working for facing the computer more than ten ours everyday after several years, almost I can't see the words clearly nearby, even I can't see clearly the appearance of some familiar said hello to me close quarters, I am sure when he called several times! also because of my poor eyesight, I always enclasp the brake when I go to work or out of work by bike on the road, I am afraid I will have an accident because of my careless! 2005年以前,我的视力一直很好,但之后随着一天超过十个小时的面对电脑工作,所以在短暂的几年,我的视力变得越来越差,几乎连看近距离的字都是很模糊的!甚至在面对近距离的熟人与我打招呼时,我也无法看清他的外貌,直到叫了好几次我才敢确认下来!也因为视力问题,在公路上骑自行车上下班时常握紧刹车,生怕自己的一时不小心而引发一场车祸! Around me, these teenager had draw on glasses, it is so terrible problem for us, I think make us shortsighted the main cause as below: 在我的周围,那些才十岁的小孩就已经配戴上了眼镜,想想这是一个多么可怕的问题!我想造成青少年近视的问题主要有以下几方面: Firstyly, computer is the friend for so many people, and also have so many people bought notebok or personal computer for theirselves, someone useing it for working, studying and playing games and so on! 1) 如今的社会,很多人都以电脑为伴,亦有很多人配置了一台属于自己的笔记本或PC机,有的人是利用电脑工作,有的人是学习,有的则是玩游戏等! Secondly, for the working groups, it is so easily become shortsighted for these people who facing the computer for long time everyday, especially for those people who working in advertisement design, web design, web construct, inner room and architecture design, office clerk and so on. the other people, especially contrapose working out, except work, the off hours is using computer chat online with their friends, writing diary and studying etc. 2)对于工作人群来说,每天长时间的面对电脑工作的人群易近视,尤其是广告设计,网页设计,网站建设,室内及建筑设计,办公室文职等工作;还有一部份人,尤其是针对在外的工作人群,除了上班时间,他们的业余时间就是利用电脑和朋友在网上交流,写日志或学习等! Thirdy, for teenager, it is too easily become shortsighted, because they except studying, someone like playing games or sending message and enter QQ by mobile phone. 3)对于青少年来说,更易造成近视,因为他们除了学习,还有人喜欢玩游戏,或用手机发短信或登录手机QQ; All above I said, there are also have some other reasons, standing on my viewpoint, no matter which reason above make our eyes shortsighted day by day, we can't ignore the serious problem. anyhow, I won't match the glass, I am afraid I can't take it off one day! In addition, I would like advise those friends who had shortsighted already, we should be try our best to go to sleep earlier, come out and breath the fresh air, looking at the green trees, it will be good for our eyes. 除了我以上所述的几点外,还有其它的一些相关原因.站在我的立场,不管是以上何种原因造成我们的眼睛日益近视,我们都不能忽视这个严重的问题!不管怎样,我都不会去配戴眼镜,因为我害怕有一日会摘不下来!另外,在这里,我建议那些近视的朋友们每天尽量早点休息,多外出呼吸新鲜的空气,多看看绿色的植物,这对于我们的视力会有少许好处! During my poor eyesight and learning, I have to chaged my job not need facing computer but learning, except writting diary and communicate with my friends online, I need't using computer for my job, even I have less time to watching TV and programs I ever like. I hope under my persist, my poor eyesight will be good one day. 由于视力及学习问题,我不得不将原来每天面对电脑的工作改为除了学习,写日记和与朋友在网上交流外,工作上不需再使用电脑,甚至在以前很喜欢看的电视剧或节目,如今都很少观看了.希望在自己的坚持下,我的视力会慢慢恢复过来.
