Hi Tom,

This is Ken wu, here today to tell you that help for managinganxiety is only as far away  as your next breath.

Breathing is as fundamental to life as food yetwe so often go through our day without  paying attention to our breathing.

Now, I don't mean that you have to sit there and meditate for an hour.

Just a few deep breaths can do the trick.

When you feel anxious about something, pause and take a few deep breaths.

Think about nothing other than those breaths.

You'll find that it's impossible to continue marinating in anxiety as you take deep breaths.

Instead a calm and peaceful feeling will overwhelm  you.

Try this any time you feel out of sorts, not just when you feel anxiety.

Several deep breaths will reboot your system, so to speak.

If you want something to focus on during those deep breaths, focus on your heart. Imagine  your breath going in and out of your heart.

Your heart rate will slow down and you will feel less agitated and anxious.

Deep breathing also works spectacularly well with my video which I will send you later on.

Anxiety begins in your brain.

It's not the specific situations you face that causes
anxiety, it's the way your brain reacts to
them.
